Damper Cook Off!
On 8 June, we culminated our Reconciliation Week activities with a damper cook off!
We are so grateful to our judges: Deputy Mayor Cr Gerald Power Orange City Council — Wiradjuri Country; Alivya Powell – Wambinya Enterprise; and the boys from TAFE NSW Orange – Kurt Beahan, Kane Smith and Jarrod Williams.
Campus judges were Jake Kelly and Murray Gorham from Clontarf, and Boyd Griffen.
The effort put into recipes and presentation was mind-blowing.
Our guest judges struggled to make a decision with the standard being so high!
The winners were:
Stage 6: Class 1
Stage 5: Class 9
Stage 4: Class 16
Primary: Class 11
Campus: Team Cheese and Bacon
The overall winner was Class 11! Congratulations to all winners!
