Glenroi Heights Public School celebrated NAIDOC with a BANG! We marched with the community and enjoyed delicious Johnny cakes. Stage 3 students delivered Yulunga games to the students at Spring Hill Primary School. The Garru Dance group won the Junior Shield at the NAIDOC community concert by coming first. Strong Smart and Proud students received an award at our special assembly, followed by our Elders lunch. We finished the week with a NAIDOC fete which gets bigger each year. Money raised from the fete goes towards cultural programs and activities for the following year.
